Last name: None. No family, no links, no story –no name. Why is it so important to give a name to everything ?
First name: Call him Aeran.

Gender: He has the characteristics of a male, but when he wants, he can look like a perfect female…
Age: Seemingly ? He’s in his twenties. In realty ? Nobody knows…
Activity: “Give me a name, I’ll return you a corpse.” He’s not just a killer ; he’s the best. If you have money, he can do everything you want… He has been a mercenary, but nowadays there is no interesting war for him, so he works with a perfect discretion and a fearsome efficiency.
But, if everybody knew his activity, it would be dangerous for him, so, officially, he’s a freelance journalist of investigation. That’s a perfect cover to go where he wants and to do what he wants…
Race: Shadöw.

• ** Shadöws are extremely rare, almost unknown. So, people who met a Shadöw generally think he’s a mutant. Humans are instinctively suspicious toward a Shadöw; there is a kind of disturbing aura around him, and they probably feel he can be very dangerous… Yes, Shadöws are predators, but they have a great charm, they captivate people they met.
  A Shadöw has different forms. He can be a shadow, and enter everywhere, be almost invisible. He can be a human too, but there are a few strange little details on his body: it can be his skin, his tics, his twitches, his way to move, the color/form of his hair/eyes… depends of the person. He can equally be a male or a female, but generally he chooses a gender, so we can think that there are male and female Shadöws. What is the real form of a Shadöw ? Nobody knows.
  A Shadöw is taller than a human, he’s stronger, faster, and moves with fluidity.
  A Shadöw can’t eat food which isn’t stemming from an animal. So, no vegetables, no bread, no pasta, no rice, no cereals… etc. Just meat, blood, milk (and byproducts), possibly eggs.**

Advantages given by that race: A Shadöw is strong, very fast, and robust. His senses are extremely developed, he can guide him with his smell –when he wants to find someone, it’s not possible to escape; he’s an excellent tracker. He can slip everywhere thanks to his shadow form.
Disadvantages given by that race: People are suspicious toward a Shadöw, because he seems a mutant. His human form is not perfect and he has to eat very often. A Shadöw has often tics or twitches, and he is sensitive of the temperature, he can’t stand when it’s too cold.

If reincarnated, number of reincarnations already made : 3. Aeran is a reincarnated, but he has a mutant’s aura because of his race, so, generally, people don’t really know how to behave with him.

History: The story begins a lot of years ago… When Shadöws were less rare, when human cities were just villages, when there were a lot of wars on this world.
Aeran was created and trained in order to become, with his companions, the new crack division. So, he learnt how to fight –and how to win. He was an excellent soldier, he fought for just causes… But, one day, he fell into an ambush with his companions. They all died. Except him.
During a few years, he tracked enemies who had killed his companions, to take revenge. And after, he understood that the only just cause in this world was his cause. So, he began to work in freelance, he became a mercenary.
Aeran had only one fear : dead. That’s why, he did everything he could to reincarnate.
During his second life, he discovered the inconveniences of being a reincarnated. He was weak, often ill… He hates weaknesses, so he looked for a way to limit these inconveniences ; he sacrificed this life to find how not to be weak.
His third life was the follow-up of his experiments. Finally, he discovered that human medications have another effect on Shadöws. And he found something which make him almost as strong as in his first life : the coke. But, coke is dangerous. He became dependant, and he was ill when he hadn’t more coke. You can’t “create” your strength, you’re obliged to take in your “reserves” ; that’s why every time he takes coke, he “shortens” his life… During this life, he fought in a big war and met another mercenary, who was with his enemies. Aeran was sure that this man was too a Shadöw, and they became worst enemies. One day, the mercenary and his soldiers attacked Aeran and his squadron. Once again, all the Aeran’s comrades-in-arms were killed. He was in a furious rage and fought against the mercenary. The fight was terrible, and, finally, the two enemies died.
Nowadays, Aeran is in his third reincarnation and he has just one hand because he lost the second in the fight. He doesn’t really know if he killed his enemy, but he thinks this man is too a reincarnated. So, he wants to take revenge…
Personality: Aeran is very determinate; when he wants something, he has it. He’s calculating, he always thinks about what is in his advantage. He has a great charm, and he’s a bit manipulator, he knows how to wheedle people… He’s a great coaxer, nobody can resist him and his smile.
He can be very dangerous and he never hesitates to kill someone; but he’s although a nice man, when everything is okay.
Phobia(s)/fears: Dead. That’s why he became a reincarnated: he’s afraid of dead. And, he fears snow and coldness ; he can’t stand it.
Passion(s): He loves speediness ; he’s crazy about cars & motor bikes, and cars races & motorbikes races.
Likes: Money; he can do anything for that. Bloody meat; it’s the food which gives him the most energy. His activities; killer and journalist.
Dislikes: Weaknesses. Inaction; he can’t stay somewhere without do something. Other Shadöws; he maybe fears a bit them…
Target(s) in his/her life: He thinks that the mercenary he met at the end of his third life is still alive because he’s reincarnated. So, Aeran wants to find and kill him.
During all his three lives, he met a woman. He has never learnt a lot of things about her, but he was captivated by her… Aeran thinks these three women were always the same reincarnated one, so, he tries to find her.
And, he always looks for more coke…!

Physical appearance: Very tall, slim, Aeran moves with a feline fluidity. With his purple eyes, pale skin and long hair, he has a disturbing aura, but his great charm limits it and when he wants, he can be so attractive.
Height: 1m95
Weight: 50kg –a Shadöw is less heavy than a normal human.
Hair: Long, straight and black, with metallic lights.
Particular sign: Aeran’s left hand is in metal, because he lost it in a fight. Generally, he hides it with gloves.
Tic: He never blinks his eyes, but he has a strange tic on the right cheek when he’s thinking.

Strength(s): When he has enough coke, Aeran is strong and fast –but not very tough. He has an iron will ; when he wants something, he does everything to have it.
Weakness(es): He can’t stand cold. Sometimes he has dizziness, hallucinations, palsies attack… etc. It happens when he has no more medication, or, sometimes, in unpredictable moments.
